I don't have an answer for you but I'm sure it would help a lot if you provided more info. Where in Canada and what ISP are you currently using.

Goto whatsmyip.org it will display your current public IP address. After that do a Whois lookup and see if its listed Canadian. If it is then the database that the site checks against is out of date. if it isn't than the ISP likely just got a new net block and the change of ownership hasn't filtered down yet.

Either that or you area using an anonymizer service or VPN or something which will screw with geolocation.

CIK is a reseller for rogers/cogeco/shaw so its probably not your WAN IP. do you have your router configured for vpn or spoofing?

Use your ISP for what? Who you use for internet access is irrelevant.

He's probably being rejected for Equipment Exchange membership due to his ISP looking suspicious. Over-seas anonymizer in use or something.

    Hi ,
You are right. I was rejected for Equipment Exchange Membership due to my ISP.
And the Admin marked my account as high risk account. Admin told me I need to post more contribute message.

Because I am a newbie to this. I don't know what can I do next, please advice. Thanks.
