Alas, but I would only consider buying this if it worked with xcr mags. Also it appears to be too heavy. I will wait for a lighter version 2.0 with AR mag well, and a really solid (choate style) folding stock.

Just wanted to say a big "THANKS " to all the guys down at Hical for the great service!! I have been to the store lots always something cool and new and lotsa great specials... and as for this stock ...looks cool especially in camo..kudos for giving us yet another choice for an aftermarket sks option...all metal..you got my vote! to all the milsurp purists.. iI say this..."this is my rifle ,there are many like it but this one is mine!" Personalization is one of the best parts of building and shooting any gun...sooo..have fun and bubba on....

If you can manage it, a picture of an sks with a Wartak rail installed in the chassis would be great. May along with a set of BUIS?
Curious as to weather or not the front rail section and the Wartak rail sit on the same plane.
