New SKS Stock Arriving in 4 weeks!

We just wanted to post a new addition to our many stock options for the popular SKS rifle. This is a aluminium chassis that takes AR parts, buffer tube & AR grip, Quad rail, magwell, looks & feels GREAT! We have some demos in the store if anyone wants to have a look & touch one. We are taking preorders now only, due to a limited quantity available, drop a line to hical@shaw.ca if you want one, we will notify you when they arrive in 4 weeks or so. Looks like you can use the original front sight post on the factory back sights, is that correct (assuming you don't have an optic on the front rail)?

Yes, we have had these customized to fit the Wartak rail. More pics with the rail installed posting tomorrow, when its finished!

it seems to use the tapco style mags is there any sharp edges where the duck bill goes thru (I like to hold the mag when firing) and will these work with other sks platforms such as the sks-d or the Albanian (I hope but I doubt it)

Does the buffer tube come installed? If not is this a possibility? Is it commercial or mil spec?

If it's making a SKS into a $1K rifle that can only have 5 rounds mags.....I will get a VZ58 instead!
