I think you did not get the sarcasm...
Lol Jikatoki, it was a jab against many of the other new members who try solving their problems by starting complaint threads without ever having taken appropriate steps to rectify their problem beforehand. Sarcasm can be hard to see online, especially if you haven't been around for years watching the same bull$hit threads pop up. Your post was very kind and, in fairness, must be a breath of fresh air to some of our incredible sponsors on here. You did nothing wrong!
You didn't violate anything Jikotoki - Powerwagen was kidding about some others who are not as kind as you. I've restored your original post. Also, I showed Devon your post yesterday morning when he came in to work and he said it made his day!
