Blades are 440 stainless. Aluminum scales, dark knife has a titanium coating.

So I added one of these dark grey knives to an order because, well, who has enough knives? 'Heavy duty body' doesn't begin to describe this thing. For $26 I was expecting something half the size and figured it would be flimsy as all hell. NOT the case! Next time you order from wolverine, add one of these to your order for the fun of it, you will be pleasantly surprised!

300 lb Cord Tie and Glass Breaker

and thank you for not having the serrated bit on this iteration of this knife!!! I know some people like that but I'm not a huge fan of it.

    Peace

I wonder if they are spring assisted, the picture on Wolverine's site is better then the one here as you can plainly see things like the liner lock and glass breaker.
Also it looks like the blade has a "flipper" hanging down when opened, but since their are no pictures of the knife closed one can only assume....

The EMT looks like a great console accessory.

Grumpy, perhaps you should summarize the features and specs of the knife in the first post to make life a bit simpler for your customers?

I can only speak for the dark grey, but it IS spring assist which I was not expecting. It may have been in the description on their site but I didn't really read it.

I ordered one of each of these knives as soon as they were put up on the site. The dark grey one has been my edc knife ever since. I abuse the snot out of this thing and it's been awesome. I gave the silver one to a buddy of mine and got it back as a zip lock bag of parts two weeks later. Kind of a funny difference in quality, but holy hell is the dark grey one ever a great rough use knife.

Sorry if this has been covered already, but are these spring-assisted?
