SAM Long Slides

I currently own 3 SAM 1911's and I am really quite pleased with them. Seeing those pictures of the stainless long slide has got me thinking about a 4th one.

Sadly I also had to drop out as a result of the final price.

The U.S. exchange rate has changed but my salary has not. Such a shame, I'm sure this gun will make someone else very happy.

Yeah good luck with that.....I paid $1.45 per USD last Monday. U.S. Made and sold products will be going through the roof too.

Maybe think about it next time before you post.

I Didn't specify "new" tough guy. I picked up a lightly used Kimber Stainless II for $700. Yeah I though long and hard about it and I made the right decision.

Just out of curiosity, is the longslide forged?

Oh, and is the recoil spring longer than a 5" model?
