    Upgrade from PAL to R-PAL

I'm upgrading from my PAL to an R-PAL.. Do I need to send in a new photo, or will they just use my current photo?

Further to this topic, does ones license number remain the same after the upgrade?

Yes it stays the same, take the extra time to make sure everything about the application is filled out according to what they want, print your name on the back of the photo! Even the slightest hiccup will add 3 weeks to your application time.

Thanks Turkinator, mine was issued yesterday. Just looking to start throwing the number around before the card gets here.
