    Great, thanks!

Are the barrels on the VP9 and SFP9 interchangeable?

Same pistol, same barrels. With the exception that the Canuckistani version is 2 mm longer, here size matters!

Theres more too it then that - there is a weight difference between the SFP9 and VP9, it's minor though (SFP9 being lighter). Some were suggesting the SFP9 was not recommended to have +p ammunition run through it - but i've never read the manual for it.
Also depending on which SFP9 model you get there trigger pull weight is difference (TR model I believe it is, is the LEM heavier pull)

I realize that it's a 2-stage vs 1 stage. I guess, if the p30 is cocked, does it feel the similar?

I have a VP9, the trigger is just slightly worse than a Walther PPQ, with a little bit more overtravel after the break. But it is still an excellent trigger! Really if you did a blind folded side by side test, it would be difficult to tell the difference between the HK & Walther. Blows away any of my stock triggered Glocks. I haven't compared it side by side to a P30. I will next time I go to my local range if they still have a P30 for sale. But for the price these are being offered at they are a much better deal than a Glock IMO.
