restricted purchase

hey everyone, wondering if it is possible to purchase a restricted firearm without being a member of a range/club. im not currently a member at a club but am looking into some and will be joining one in the near future, but im also looking into purchasing a pistol and starting to build an AR. im just wondering if I could purchase restricted items and just waiting to use them at the club/range I join, or is a membership is required to make a purchase.

In ontario it's fine to buy a restricted without being a member of a club, just tell them you plan to join one in the future.

I have a safe full of restricteds with no range membership. Just can take them out
