I suspect these would have to be sourced from Europe and not the US. There used to be an exclusive distribution agreement and HK USA could not sell into Canada. I don't know if or how this changed with NS taking over from the previous distributor.
The origins of the agreement eluded the folks I spoke with at HK USA, or perhaps they were just being mum.
BTW, nice work from North Sylva getting in the modified VP9. It looks like lots of retailers are offering these.
