It has come to my attention that recently some phone messages and e-mails have not been answered by us in a timely manner, or not received at all. We endeavor to reply to all e-mails with in three working days and phone messages with in 24 hours, normally the same working day if possible.
Individual work loads vary and along with staff holidays some delays do occur. All my staff are expected to return calls when promised and if falling behind with e-mails at least acknowledge receipt of them.
We have had some computer issues and most disturbingly some phone problems recently and I want to be sure that we have these resolved correctly, this is often difficult to tell from this end.
Most importantly I need to know if you can not reach us by phone or e-mail. Also if your messages or emails are not been replied to in a timely manner.
