No simply as the failure rate of the bolts is well known to be very high. Mags are also a bit of a problem although this is getting a little better from a sourcing stand point. Also the 7.62x39 surplus ammo that guys would want to run through the rifle is NOT .308 diameter and our barrel suppliers do not make .312 bore barrels.
At this point we feel it is best to stick with what the rifles design was intended to support.

THAT is not only possible, but fairly simple to do. To swap barrels simply means stripping down the lower. You would need some tooling but nothing $200.00 in tools would not cover.
Currently a CFW barrel is $1700.00
For us to swap it over would be 1/2 hours labor or $75.00 on top of the cost of the barrel.

There should not be a difference in the delivery times.

Pretty sure that the UBR is incompatible with the MH/MV. The Sopmod looks like the Magpul ACS so it would interfere with the side charger, but only while collapsed. It would still work while extended.

It's your call, but even the base is great specs. I went over too, but really, the accessories are things I'd have bought anyway and then had to take time to figure out how to put it all together. ATRS is actually saving me time and money by letting me spec the rifle again.

Still in negotiation. Once we know more we will advise.

Right on, I hate to ask so many questions but ... If one were to order a 14 Fortis and a 13 inch BCM became available from you. Would it be to late to switch? I think the Fortis is awesome but the BCM may be a touch lighter and it's even awsomer

It would depend at what point the change was to be made. IF it is prior to our placing the order with the appropriate manufacturer, not a problem. After the orders are placed is much more difficult.

From the point of ordering from us, if in doubt as to which, you could put a note on the order form as there is room for this stating that you would prefer the BCM assuming we get a favorable response from them. We would then touch base with you prior to placing our order for hand guards. To date we have nothing firmed up with BCM but are optimistic.
