OP did you ask to speak to management to quietly discuss your concern. As it is not mentioned in your post, my guess is you didn't. Bringing it to management's attention would have likely resolved any concerns you had as well as a sincere apology too. If you didn't do this then I find your post in poor taste.

My name is not a commoname, I've had lots of comments about it. I also have a pretty deep voice and I get comments about that too, especially on the phone. It's really not that big a deal, it's just small talk.

Sorry to the OP as there was no intent to make fun of or cause any embarrassment but I do apologize for you hurt feelings. It was us who determined that the customer had been shorted in his order and we contacted him to make it right. I was not at the store today but was informed of this misunderstanding as soon as Dianne got home. There was a language barrier and this lead to some confusion on his name and finding the missing bullets. Dianne held a staff meeting at the end of the day to make sure this did not happen again. Dianne and staff were very concerned about this situation and we feel it is now dealt with. Phil.
