I apologize for my XCR-L ignorance....but what would I need to swap just my upper to a key mod upper? I have the last quad rail model prior to the key mod. I want to keep the same heavy barrel, caliber, internals etc. Thx!

Actually in your case all you need is the upper. All your internals will function in the new keymod upper. It's when you change the lower that a lot of other changes come into play. I don't know what we have in the way of colours for stripped uppers but I can put you in touch with a company that does duracoat and can match anything. They have done a few of my personal firearms and they are fantastic.
