    Approximately how thick are these? Also are they flexible or are they more rigid?

    They are 1/4 inch thick
    they are more ridged then others but they do flex
    As they are rated at the upper end of the LIIIA spec they are more stiff then most LIII soft armor, but that's a good thing as they will stock muti hit for 44 mag as close range and also 00 buck at 15 meters.

    would these go in front of plates to reduce spalling? Or behind the plates?
