    I'm 6'1" 215lbs and the medium was a generous fit

    A few big boys I know (6'0" 250+ LBS) ordered XL and XXL cause that's what size T-Shirt they wear and they were swimming in their vests... And put them up on EE SOL on exchanging sizes

    These are supposed to fit on the snug side, after all they're not bunny hugs

    And FWIW the soft armour panels and plates from a medium vest fit well into most large size aftermarket plate carriers

    I don't mean to hijack this thread but there was another forum member who did ballistic testing on these, and I believe he concluded that most we no longer in sufficient working condition.
    I believe most of his bullets fired passes straight through them.

    Again, not my testing but I'm sure he will be along to give his 2cents.

    The vest in this link stopped the rounds fired at it, that said I still wouldn't trust my life with one of these vests.
    These things are for entertainment and collecting, I think everyone who has bought one knows that
