    The DD5 is in the Building - Only a couple Left!

    You read that right, The long awaited Daniel Defense DD5 V1 has arrived and is ready to be processed for you. If you placed a back order for one of these guys do not worry, you will be contacted once your Rep has had a chance to contact you!
    The back orders will be cleared so there are a few left on this shipment for any lucky person who is looking to get the first ones available in Canada! These bad boys come stocked with one P-Mag 5/20rd ( This batch ) and a whole lot of attitude.
    Weighing in at only 8.3 lbs this thing is slick to handle, very easy movements with it and easy handling. All of your controls are ambi so no worries for left/right transitions. Full Key-Mod fore end for attachments and a nice spot on top for oyur favourite optic!

    Agreed, I was expecting a standard model .308 DD to come in around $2,500-$2,800 (and that's factoring in our weak dollar) based on the prices of their .223 models.
    It would be nice to see a few models in this calibre as well (ie. a compact 12.5" and 18" DMR), perhaps time and strong sales will show this, but at $3,500+ I don't think strong sales will be happening here in Canada.

    I love DD and have the Mk 12 and 18, always thought id own this as well. At that price and bring restricted leaves it out of the question for this poor white trailer trash boy.
