I think their intention was to attempt to broker some kind of sale price with the threat of no longer being interested in the product due to the price hike... Or at very least voice their concerns over the alleged 10% price increase. However, the message gets a little lost in the confusing grammar. So... Enjoy saving money?

An already outrageously expensive rifle is getting a hike in price ... so time to save up a little more ...

    Yep. This guy's right.

Foolish prices like these keep the poor among us that want a cool NR rifle snapping up the 858/58's.

I never thought I would own one ... I had paid in full for a Ruger Precision Rifle (in pre-order), then had the amount transferred in store credit toward the XCR instead. There are lots of pro's going for the rifle, the price isn't one of them. OP check the EE, and save yourself some money, just make sure it's a keymod model.

I have been looking into buying one and Just noticed the increase overnight. Seems like a huge increase in price, Any reasons for this, besides the obvious CDN$ being weak ? or shortage of supplies, I knew i should have pulled the trigger a few days ago.
