Well, I hadn't associated this with the T81 .. but .. lol , either way it's intriguing " some SKS-D type rifle showing up on Canadian Market."

Type 81 does not share mags with SKS D or AK...
Sort of.
The Type 81 mags won't work in an AK. But the AK mags will work in a Type 81. Only issue with the AK mags in the 81 is they lack the bolt hold open feature, so the bolt won't hold open on a Type 81 using most AK mags.
