I like it! (regardless of my very Irish last name) If it was a 452 .22lr Varmint with that stock...it would be a serious contender. If it was a 452 Varmint in 17M2 with that stock, I'd have probably been calling to order one instead of typing-out this reply.

    I know...I'm a dreamer...

I asked the same question, as that is the version that would have preferred for me as well, but I was told that this rifle was produced to commemorate the 100th of the easter uprising in 1916...and as a Czech fellow informed me (LOL), it was not the protestants who were uprising LOL.

I thought a nice orange stock with a red hand surrounded by "For God and Ulster" would be a big hit, I'd have bought 3 or 4 myself.

2016 is also the hundredth anniversary of the Battle of the Somme, which is a significant date for Ulster unionists:

A UVF-marked rifle would have been just the thing for the hundredth anniversary of the Larne gun-running a couple years ago.

Well.... I will be the first one to say it..... That thing is hideous.... Lol.....

Then again, I am Scottish, so I must admit a Scottish rifle would be cool.... Nice lion rampant in the checkering.... Blue laminate stock..... But as a Scottish rifle it would have to be a single shot as we wouldn't want to spend too much on ammo.... Lol.....

Good on you guys to stocking unique products.....

I think he might have meant we'll be or we'll all be. In which case, with this government I believe he's correct.

    Very lovely little rifle too.
