I have never ordered from Marstar...creeped there website lots. After reading John's own comments in regards to his business' customer service I don't think I ever would order... Retailers are a dime a dozen and therefore should not be taking customer loyalty for granted. This is the first time I have ever seen a business mock a customer on a public forum... almost makes me think somebody is impersonating John.

Bought from Marstar several times. Prices are reasonable and they have a good guarantee. Called every time I had a problem, and things always got fixed. That being said they do have some employees that are "less than friendly" on the phone. (There's some in every bunch) Also, had I never dealt with them, John's internet responses may have scared me off.

I will buy from and recommend Marstar in the future, however to be frank I think it would be advisable for them to pick a new individual to handle CGN posts. At least if they are hoping to use CGN to draw more business. Someone who can keep a cooler temper when faced with people's internet bull####. That's not a personal insult either, I myself get very frustrated with people on the internet, so I limit my exposure.

Its true, Marstar did import alot of great stuff to Canada.

Then ask yourself why there is so much hate threads about Marstar and very few about other dealers ?

My personnal experiences with them vary from very good to very bad.
First orders I was like : why everyone is complaining about them ?
    Now I know...

I've said this time and time again in dealer forums, you guys suck with your lynch mob bull####. Lucky we even have dedicated dealers on this forum.

Dealt with Marstar before, nothing but excellent service. I'm thinking a few of you went in headlong with an attitude problem and expected to get cheery service in return.
