The website says these shrouds are 6" long in total length... the 16" barrel thing threw me off as well

This thing is too long but ill cut it down to length on a buddys lathe. Really wanna know the internal diameter for the .308 i want it on my savage 10tr. Just for looks. Think it will look cool
So rumor has it you can't fix stupid..but apparently you can shoot it in the nuts with a pepper ball.

Well it depends on how deep the thread is. If that makes sence. Cuz it's only ever so slightly too long. The picture doesnt show thread so it maybe recessed and if thats the case it will work no problem.
Ill wait to find out more dimensions to see if i need to order one of each or just the 223

Not sure how these can be both aligned with the end of the barrel and also allow the use of breaks?
Do the threads show out of the end or not?

Also, how is the non-threaded end secured to the barrel?

So to clarify. Does this thread backwards over the barrel? In theory not adding any extra length? Curious to see if it would fit under my DDefence Handguard.

I have asked the manufacturer for further info. As far as we know, it will fit barrels of a diameter of .750 but I wouldn’t take that as the gospel. As soon as I learn more specific details I will let you know.
