The CR Speed website lists those parts as:
TG Spacers & Plate*
TG Plate Screws*
Retention Clip / Clips
Frame Elevation Screw
Hanger Spacers*
* where applicable for Holster Model.
Maybe process of elimination by knowing what everything else is?

Had a quick think. Perhaps the smaller of the two could be used if you had a narrower belt? Just thinking out loud. The larger one is a mystery…...

Best place is holster makers website that may list individual owner's manual for each holster type.
Might have to go through a bunch of them to "find" parts you are looking for.
Won't help if they are obsolete parts from earlier (discontinued) models.
Conversely, if you find your manual and the parts aren't listed then its not an issue.

Shims to lock the holster on a belt. They're optional.
