    the part that is most frustrating is its giving me time to think (that's never good). I was convinced I wanted the 308 but now the 338 keeps staring at me and for only 400$ more and you get the muzzle break, that is very tempting other than the ammo cost lol.

    I wonder if it is a stocking issue that's taking so long, or if it is a market issue (the old BA rifles can't sell if vendors start stocking the NEW BA Stealths for "cheaper")

    Savage would stand to sell more rifles by getting out new product asap then holding them back for the sake of a few BA rifles. There is no news yet on a delivery date.
