Thanks, I was debating one of these but after what sounds like fairly poor performance I'll look elsewhere. Good luck to those that purchase these and I'm interested if it smooths out at all aswell

Excellent post.
mine arrived the other day and I'm itching to take it out with my DA slugs too - I'll let my mags sit loaded for a few days.
Pretty sure from Grade 13 Physics that leaving your mags loaded won't do anything. The spring is not worked and is well within its design limits. It is the constant motion back and forth that wears on a spring within the design limit length of travel. Because of the grade of steel springs are made from, they have a long life of motion. Keep it compressed within it's design limit, and it isn't wearing out/breaking in at all!
The way to get your mag. worked in, is eactly that. First take it apart and clean/lube/remove obvious burrs etc. in it then put it back together and work it with loading/unloading. Sit on the couch with each one and load/unload as you watch TV. Not only does that work the spring back and forth, but it gets the follower to rub up and down on the inside of the magazine body to smooth out that motion too!

If shipping had been 2 weeks earlier I wouldn't have had to shoot the geese, they would have thrown themselves at the ground when I aimed.
I unpacked my SA15 and checked the mag fit
The mags fit perfect and drop freely !😀
