Has a semi auto version of the Norinco JS-9 been considered for creation / import?

Preferably with a stupid non restricted barrel.

I figure it would go perfectly with a T97.....

cant really depending on the pattern of magazine it uses. if its proprietary itl never be considered a pistol.

I think either one has been submitted or they cannot make them for us. Many vendors are aware of this firearm as it has come up numerous times in threads like this.

I think he meant adapted to use existing pistol mags (ie G17 mags)
