The law states in the specific words that 5 round limit DOES NOT apply to "any cartridge magazine that was originally designed or manufactured for use in a rifle of the type commonly known as the “Lee Enfield” rifle, where the magazine is capable of containing not more than 10 cartridges of the type for which the magazine was originally designed"
In simple terms, 10 round Lee Enfield "knocks out" 5 round limitation section. 11 round mag wouldn't do it, so that section would get back to life. Majority of another bolt action mags don't have this "knock out" exception, so 5 rounds once modified. If Enfield mag even if modified, it still falls within "was originally" for Enfield.

Anyone wants to split 5 in West GTA? I want 2 and I can justify $110 for them, but not $140 at $70 each.
