The order has to be $200 or more before tax not after taxes , if that's what's happening.

Perhaps the shipping gets removed when you pay after its in the cart.
From what I understood in certain situations ammo and primers aren't always free ship?
I couldn't find primers on their web site...
The primers are listed under the ammunition header.
Do they still add a donation to your cart automatically? If so that doesn't count towards free shipping. Add a couple knives and Kaboom Binary targets until you get free shipping
