    Are there any plans to carry this program over to the wrong side of the country with Target Sports Canada?

    Great idea. I would be interested in taking courses on wild game prep and cooking. Good practical subject matter.

    I read the TSE post and was a bit confused... Then read this guys and Burst out laughing. No way I'd sign up for cookin classes, but good on you to diversify your operations a bit.

    Awesome idea.

    How about bringing in a pro butcher to show some techniques for processing with the intention of saving time and maximizing the amount of meat?
