yes its 100% new , we brought 3 of them to test our m14 part on 2 are uses which we sold last year this one is unfired ,other then degreaseing and loading mags to make oprod spring guide fits i has never been out of the safe in my office.
as much as id liek to keep all the guns i get to play with,...
