so am I missing something? is there some kind of hidden discount that will be reflected on the bill after i pay for it? not sure what you mean by clearly explaining to me what that means? the price was cheaper before the sale
please let me know cuz I love this stuff but will buy after the sale if its going to go back to the way it was

Sounds like you had some kind of glitch or error when you ordered it?

It's cheaper for me now during this sale than it was the last time I ordered some before the sale.

No harm meant. Customer service thought they recognized your name (Steve) and the dollar amount of an order placed.
They thought it best to respond directly via E-mail. Guess the wrong Steve received an e-mail explanation:-)
