No, you are not correct. The one in the photo has a 108mm barrel, so it would be restricted.
I've seen them listed on other sites, but they out of stock (perpetually it seems).

Just get a CZ 52 pistol. Its like an oversize PPK.
That's how we hit a dead end with CZ52. If you are lucky enough.... Might get one on EE for 2x-3x the price.
