Just a quick question here. Does anyone know if the barrel extension tool is required for the removal or install of the URX4 on an sr-15?
If so does OST offer a rental? I'd buy it since it's only $100 but it appears to be out of stock.
Or if anyone's got one in the Victoria/Vancouver Island area I'd be happy to pay to rent it.

The barrel extension tool is the safest way to remove or install a URX rail.
The tool to remove or install the rail is supplied with the rail kit.
