    Product Return, No Communication for 2 Weeks...

    I sent a +1 extension back for you to check out. It wouldn't thread onto an HP-9 while several other items do perfectly. Despite receiving the item the 29th of last month my emails are being totally ignored. It's hard to believe your sales address is not being monitored... I would appreciate your attention. This was a very minor matter that has become very annoying.

    Sorry, I have not seen a single email come through the system about an extension. They must be getting blocked somewhere along the line. I will check into it

    My advice is call, and probably a few times.

    I love Simon, and he makes awesome products, but his customer interaction can sometimes be lacking as he is a tiny operation.

    That said, once you get ahold of him he ALWAYS makes it right.

    I'm wondering if my emails are going to a junk folder. Calling hasn't done any good. Comms were good up until I shipped the part back.

    sorry we missed you email

    the package you send back was deleivered to 56 not 65, it was dropped off at our place yesterday, the package also had no name or company name on the package. so supprised we got it .

    just checked 13 of our 870 shotgun as well as 3 of the norinco copies, all of them fit.
    that said it is a little tight on some of them, but all fit with no issue.
    I will spec out one that is a little looser and send that one to you.
    may want to make sure you norinco is in spec.

    I was still ignored, so not a chance. You don't "miss" three emails. Especially considering my payment was accepted just fine and a dozen other emails were exchanged just fine through the same address. If they didn't get it they should have said so. Either way I consider it resolved.
