    Average restricted transfer times?

Ordered Glock 17 Monday, wondering what the average wait times are in Alberta for the transfer?

I just completed an AR lower transfer. Was emailed the transfer cert. in less than 24 hours after talking to the CFC.

Yeah, if you already own restricted in Alberta then the transfer is a day.

If this is your first then I think it takes longer.

My first restricted was less than 24 hours also. Both were private sales tho. Not dealer. Maybe that makes a difference?

UPDATE: I called the CFO apparently they didn't have my membership proof submitted by my range as I had recently purchased it. Called them and they asked me to fax a copy so I did & the very next day (today) the transfer was approved. Now to check the mailbox daily.
