Shipping a handgun Locked or unlocked

    Noob question
I have shipped two restricted handguns with a lock on the case and trigger
Are we supposed to ship the handgun with the lock and keys or nah?
    Thanks in advance 😀
Some people put their money into precious metals, cars and real estate, I put my money into firearms and ammo, when a zombie horde is munching on your loved ones how will you fend them off?

    It's not a gun its a parcel.
You can go to the post office ,sign for your parcel and go home.
If you open it at the post office, you now have a restricted that needs two locks and an ATT.
Yes I know I need to get a spell csech

There are no regs regarding key control. Sometimes a key might end up in a magazine. If you transport it to the post office, transport regs apply.

I would use a combo trigger lock and email the buyer with the code.

I usually use a zip tie on the case and then one of those cheap $2 plastic trigger locks on the pistol...key in the case (taped to the inside top or slipped under the foam).
