I fully support Questar, but let's be realistic.

The time these sell out, I believe the average potential customer feels they missed out from this retailer. I believe that a targeted sale to existing/previous customers makes sense. But that's only my suggestion to retailers. As I'm sure some retailers believe that sales on CGN first (at times "on hours" from your perspective) makes sense. (Open up to debate, I'm not a retailer, so I have no idea, but open up for comment - for Questars feedback)
