    AR15 optics suggestion

    Hey Canadaammo,

I'm currently looking at the NCstar optics on your website, great prices! I want to purchase some optics for my 12.5" AR15, could you reccommend something? I'm not super familiar with optics, so I'm not sure which type is best for this type of gun.

    Thanks!

    Youza.

Not to hijack but for slightly more you could get much better quality than ncstar

Agree, picked one up a month ago and works great so far and the price is great too.

I agree, go for a holosun.

The reviews are great and people really seem to like them. Still way cheaper than an Aimpoint too.

Are you looking for a red dot or could you utilize magnification? 12.5" can be accurate enough at 100 yards which I would much prefer magnification. A 1-4x scope is ideal.

I personally like having a reflex sight and behind it, a flip to the side 3x magnifier

On a 12.5" upper id prefer red dots....theyre easy enough to shoot out to 300y and scopes add a lot of weight

Thanks for your suggestions all! I've been getting some PMs too with feedback, so I really appreciate it!
I'll look into the holosun for sure then.
