it just cost me $15 to ship a bubble envelope to your province, and we get hit with HST on the shipping, which is another gov't cash grab.

Dang! Just saw this. No chance the deal still applies for the 7.62x54R? Would definitely have grabbed a case. Kinda want that case of target loads Friday as well.. Is there a minimum shipping? May be tempted to grab a few things at once.
