Well a Canadian company just listed them as being NR. Have a look at the recent threads list.

because they can be ordered from the factory with the proper length of barrel... these ones are restricted due to barrel length.

Just saw the spec on your US website. It says barrel length is 17" so it must be restricted.

Apparently IWI US factory is also making 18.5" for North Sylvia. Can you get those ones?

For the models that we carry: .223/5.56 are 16.5", 9mm are 17". Both of these models will be restricted, as they are under the 18.5" requirement for non-restricted classification. For the time being, these are the models we have access to.
