Same here, he is simply a straight shooter. Always direct to the point. No upselling, just yes or no, proceed or decline.
I bought lots of parts from him and he has worked on few of my shotguns. 100% positive experience.
I'll second the OP. A while back I took in my rifle to have a few parts replaced, and Casey phoned me before I got home saying the work was done!
