Do the rails need to be drilled and tapped?
If so are there any options that do not need that done?

If you mean for:
"Scope mounting rail (11mm) $85
Scope mounting rail (11mm steel) $125"
No, rails clamp-on to the thumb cut out in receiver and rings clamp on to 3/8"/11mm dovetails on rail.
Can I have some more information on the bipod adapter and the muzzlebrake?
This enough?

Some hurried pics of one of mine.
Uses original front action screw to hold the adapter in place. Front padded U shaped bracket cushions vibrations. Can be move along track when tension on sling stud is released.

I know it's an old thread. Are all the listed K31 products/services still available at TSE?
Especially interested in thread on muzzle brake.
