    Update on the AIA 7.62X39

It's been a while since we've had an update about this rifle....any news?

And while were at it is AIA still making guns?

Are you still the importer for Canada?

    Thanks, CD

I believe Johnone mentioned in another thread that the 7.62x39 guns were stuck in the US and the State Dept wouldn't approve an export permit.

I am so pleased with my AIA 7.62 Nato, that I would seriously consider getting one of these rifles too. Hope they get them out of limbo soon.

Yeah, but are there plans to import any directly from Australia?

Are there still feeding issues that need fixing with the 7.62x39 models?

Is the magazine on these an obstacle still and what capacity will it be?

Are anymore 7.62x51 AIA mags being imported?

Are those 10 round mags based on the AK mag design?

If so, that would be helpful for people with a gun that uses AK style mags, like the SKS-D.
