    If only I lived a little closer to your location. The old city of Nepean is a little far to drive 5 times a week.

    Yes there is some BUT what we saw so far is in bad shape, water damage etc....
    We will know when we empty the warehouses and load the containers....

    I know we have actions and metal fixtures
