I don't think Marstar usually does this for your average joe. (I know John likes it when people answer for him :D )
A good bet would be to go to a gunshow at which Marstar is present, sometimes they'll even offer a discount.

Just wondering if it was possible i live no farther then an hours drive to there if not possible not a problem cant blame a guy for trying to save some money the more i save the more i can buy.

For the folks around Ottawa, you can buy it at Jason Spencer's shop (Gunco) at the same price you would pay here and save the shipping.

If you were to drive to vankleek hill you'd probably pay in gas close to what it would cost to ship. (depending on which side of the city etc...
Anyway, Jason is a nice guy to deal with so go there.
