    EESA new member

I am doing the new member orientation at EESA on Saturday June 18.

    - just got my PAL last week
    - plan to hunt deer this fall.

I am looking to get involved with club activities and possibly do some volunteer work.

If you are a club member and have a couple of hours to spare. I would greatly appreciate it!
I could use a little help figuring out my scope.

    I have a 270 with scope , 12 gauge O/U and an SKS.
    I will bring the amo.

PM me if you can help

    Thanks

    Dave

R u familiar with scope adjusting. Start at 25 yds. with large paper(22" square?), fire one shot slow and careful from a rest on bench. If u have a 1/4" click scope, at 25 yds. one click only moves 1/16". Adjust at 25 yds. to centre, then try 100yds., also with a large piece of paper. Without problems, 7 shots should do it. Make sure all action and scope screws are tight. Don't overheat the barrel. good luck

Hi Dave... We have a Facebook group where you can post this.... Might be easier to get the help you're after

Group name is the name of the club

The scope won't take more than 15 mins to sight in.... Just use a big piece of cardboard at 25 or 50y
