My bad, its a steel reinforced body. :P
Price is $499usd. So I guess it depends on if you have access to the US firearms market but for me it is cheaper and better quality (I have held both products and the above mentioned one is of far better quality).
The other unit feels like lego.

I plan on using mine as a "shock and awe" tool to introduce to the growing number of folks I invite to the range as guests.
1. It is easy to shoot. (same reason I bought an AA conversion kit)
2. It will generate a buzz when they talk to their other gun-virgin friends.
3. It will demonstrate that something "evil" looking as a subgun is really safe when handled and used responsibly.
I'm all about breaking down the stereotypical gangsta attitude that sheeple have for black guns. The same sheeple gorging themselves on nightly MDKs on CSI whatever....
4. All that and shooting Zs. Can't forget the Zs!!
I havent seen the CAA kit yet, but I do like the look of it,
Here is my Hera GCC, it's a very solid little Conversion. Still waiting for a few additions.
I like it a lot. Will have to wait to compare the two.
enjoy.

It's good to see the other conversion kits available on the market...
It makes me like the G1 even more.
I really digg it, I would love if they came out with one for my S&W M&P 9mm.
I was TS the other day and they have these for sale $480, they even have a range gun with the kit on.. gonna try it next time

The K.P.O.S. is still a Komplete Piece Of Sh1tt
From the pictures I can't see how you could still use the pistol sights on this. They probably mean you don't have to remove either of the sights (which you do for the rear sight with the Roni and Hera, because this is where you install a block to work with the charging handle).
I think if you're looking for a low-cost Glock conversion kit the KPOS is a good great buy @ $445 (it includes the grip and a single-point sling), but the KPOS is not the RONI - and the RONI is not the HERA; you're really paying for what you get here.
