Phone the CFO and ask if there is a delay, I phoned yesterday cause I hadnt heard anything about it and I asked if there was a delay and the lady said that everything and been approved and my license was issued July 20th and my card should be here any day. Cant hurt to phone!

Just received the licence in the mail today
So total time for licence to approve 33 days and another 5 working days to get it in the mail
Yeah I phoned last week and she wasn't helpful. Wouldn't even consider giving me the CFO phone number until it hits 90 days. One month to go...
Two week since I sent my application via registered mail.
When I attempt to check online:
Alert: 30010 The personal information entered does not match our records.
Do that mean its not entered yet or are there some "gotchas" in the formatting when I enter my personal info?
If so what would those "gotchas" be? I've tried lots so far....
mine did that too at first, just means it hasn't begun processing yet, be patient and it will come

Same here. It took (...checking records...) 24 days for mine to appear and that (normal) error to go away.

you still have the 28 day waiting period though, and at the end of that is "usually"( i use that term loosely) when your information will be entered and you can log in and check then

It's just a poorly worded error message. It means that your application hasn't been entered yet. Keep checking.
