My wife's application was received via registered mail on July 31 and it is still not in the system and no credit card charge yet. She will call on Monday.

Wait 28 days first. No point in calling before then.

i agree with sveinn84. it took that long before it showed up as even in their system and then it took 4 months from then to get approved. but each province is different i think. i saw people from BC get their approved in 28 days!

I am in ontario took 4 months from the time they got it into their system. so really that, plus the 28 days, plus the initial 2 weeks to get the letter from the cfo originally to say i took the course.
