Uh oh, it's a turkish shotgun(thanks for the info Faizi)
I'm very weary about turk guns ever since CGN member Kein Mitleid related the story of his turkish shot gun to me. After less than 1 box of shells he described the gun falling apart like that old vaudeville sketch of the 2 guys sitting in the car and every part just falls off all at once, leaving the 2 guys sitting in the seat surrounded by junk with a bewildered look on their faces.

You have to be careful of stories like that, that may be an isolated incident. Just because I heard a guy got attacked and bitten by a cat does not mean all cats will do that. If most or all turkish shotguns malfunctioned then we would have something to base that mistrust on. I am willing to take on the challenge of stress testing this shotty just like my GSG 1911 when it gets here. If it fails then I will send it back as a defect, if it rocks I will brag it up and buy a second one.

Im surprised those mags only hold 5 rounds. Canadian laws aside, it looks like itd hold more. I checked out some other sites and from what i can tell these things are designed (not pinned) to hold 5 rounds.

Looks like an interesting gun anyhow!

Please ban this account. I've been using it so long, with so many posts and information divulged, I suspect most anyone can tell who I am now. Do I still have my "reasonable expectation of privacy" with this account? Time to move on.

We can add the Sig 522 to list classed as a variant of the Sig 55X series and now is prohibited as of today.

I'm sure the Dominion Arms factory could make a clone for about half the price ($350-$400). That shotgun surely looks cool like an AR15, but with all the hassle that the RCMP has caused with the T97's, they will either make it restricted or prohibited, because it looks like a 'scary' gun. All they have to do is say that they can make it fire 'full-auto' and we're screwed.
